Position Overview
We are launching a 3-month Office Operations Internship. This role is built for individuals looking to master remote corporate administration basics, focusing on spreadsheet hygiene, text cataloging, and database support tasks.
Compensation & Terms
- Monthly Stipend: Fixed contract pay of $240.00 USD per month (Disbursed via digital international payment avenues)
- Commitment: 15–20 hours per week (Part-Time / Flexible hours)
- Status: Entry-level / Intern track (0-1 years of experience).
Core Responsibilities
- Database Entry Cleaning: Update, verify, and clean out duplicate fields across target contact sheets daily.
- Notification Tracking: Check global communication endpoints, sorting updates into specific folders for advisors.
- Document Verification: Scan formatted text materials to fix spacing anomalies, broken links, or visual misalignments.
- Asset Logs: Help maintain up-to-date tracking manifests for internal tools, software accesses, and cloud storage allocations.
Qualifications
- Profile Requirement: An active LinkedIn profile link must be included for internal identity verification steps.
- Core Systems: Basic understanding of online office tools (Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive systems).
- Attributes: Exceptional reliability, immediate adherence to operational protocols, and sharp attention to detail.
- Language: Competent written English skills to ensure smooth workspace collaboration.
