Position Overview
We require an English-fluent Administrative Assistant to optimize our internal back-office coordination layers. You will handle documentation sorting, system updates, and task tracking matrices to allow our advisory core to focus entirely on technical delivery.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Hourly Rate: 400 CZK – 650 CZK per hour
  • Commitment: 15–20 hours per week (Part-Time)
  • Location: Remote (Czech Republic)

Core Responsibilities

  • Data Accuracy Mapping: Keep internal spreadsheets, data lakes, and document storage hubs systematically organized.
  • Inbox Maintenance: Categorize incoming operational messages, formatting quick updates and pointing priority notifications to advisors.
  • Scheduling Systems: Maintain calendar data models across central European and US operational hours.
  • Format Verification: Review report sheets for consistent structural alignment and presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Platform Requirement: An active LinkedIn profile is required for system verification and internal communication setup.
  • Technical Capability: Solid command of global office software arrays (Google Cloud/Workspace or O365 platforms).
  • Linguistic Standard: Fluent written and spoken English is essential for cross-border operations.
