Position Overview
We are hiring a Junior Social Media & Content Assistant. Working within a fully remote, agile model, you will translate corporate insights into clear graphic cards and manage international text distribution timelines.

Compensation & Terms

• Monthly Stipend: 950,000 – 1,200,000 COP per month (Pegged directly to a $240 USD contract base to insulate against inflation)
• Commitment: 15–20 hours per week (Part-Time / Flexible scheduling)
• Location: Remote (Colombia)

Core Responsibilities

• Layout Formatting: Assemble graphical variations of our research papers 3x weekly using template brand profiles.
• Metrics Entry: Document changes in daily impressions, followers, and engagement metrics into a shared database.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keep cross-team visual boards updated with freshly approved assets.
• Linguistic Reviews: Proof text blocks to ensure English terminology meets strict corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Profile Requirement: An active LinkedIn profile is required to facilitate team onboarding processes.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Junior tier). Perfect for visual media students or recent corporate graduates.
• Tool Literacy: Practical experience with cloud design software interfaces (Canva/Figma) and basic cloud spreadsheets.
• Language: Advanced conversational and excellent written English capabilities are mandatory.
